Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing FMCG success story?
We're partnering with an ambitious, innovation-led FMCG business that combines the agility and pace of a challenger brand with the strength of an established household-name portfolio. Following continued growth, they're looking for a talented National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery accounts and play a pivotal role in driving their next phase of success.
This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy, giving you the opportunity to shape customer strategy, influence business decisions, and deliver profitable growth across both in-store and online channels.
What you'll be doing- Building and developing strategic relationships with major UK grocery retailers
- Owning customer plans and leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives
- Negotiating profitable agreements and delivering commercial excellence
- Managing full P&L responsibility and driving revenue growth
- Identifying category opportunities and influencing shopper strategy
- Leading exciting NPD launches and omnichannel activation plans
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
- Proven National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager experience within FMCG
- A strong track record of managing and growing major grocery accounts
- Excellent commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- FMCG sector experience, ideally within household or personal care categories
- A proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning
