£50k – £53k depending on experience, 32 days holiday + banks! Excellent pension too!

This opportunity will appeal to an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is equally comfortable managing complex employee relations cases and supporting strategic people projects.

As one of three HR Managers reporting to the Director of HR, you will be the named HR lead for your business area, supporting leaders with complex people matters while helping to develop management capability, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll provide expert advice and guidance on matters including:

• Attendance and absence management
• Capability and performance issues
• Disciplinary and grievance cases
• Organisational change and restructuring
• Workforce planning and change management

Iin addition you will be responsible for:

• Embedding and enhancing the use of iTrent
• Developing workforce analytics and reporting
• Improving recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
• Reviewing and developing HR policies and guidance
• Supporting organisational change initiatives
• Support through Recruitment activity

You’ll bring:

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR experience.
• Significant HR generalist experience, including complex employee relations case management.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managers on people matters.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Commitment to maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
