Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive
Liskeard, Cornwall | Hybrid Working | Full or Part-Time

The Role
Manage your own varied Private Client caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Trusts and succession planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)
You'll enjoy building long-term client relationships while delivering practical, high-quality legal advice.
About You
You'll be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner
- Ideally have 4+ years' Private Client experience
- Confident handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
- STEP or SFE qualified (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
