- Manage campaign schedules to keep activity organised and delivered on time.
- Create clear marketing materials for relevant audiences and channels.
- Coordinate activity across the Marketing & Agency department to maintain a joined-up approach.
- Monitor campaign activity and share updates to support informed decisions.
- Maintain marketing plans, content schedules and campaign records.
- Review marketing activity and identify practical ways to improve future delivery.
- Manage external agency activity where required to support campaign delivery.
Profile
A successful 'Marketing Manager' should have:
- Experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels and campaign coordination.
- Experience of creating clear marketing content and materials.
- Ability to manage marketing plans, schedules and competing priorities.
- Experience of reviewing campaign activity and using findings to improve delivery.
- Ability to work with agency contacts and coordinate shared activity.
