FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established business with the recruitment of a Telesales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Abingdon.

Salary

£29,500 – £35,000, depending on experience + additional benefits

This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional to join a busy internal sales team, developing new business through outbound calling and building strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls to prospective customers
• Identify customer requirements and present suitable products and services
• Build rapport quickly and develop strong customer relationships
• Follow up leads generated through marketing activity and previous enquiries
• Convert opportunities into sales and new business
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity
• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets
• Provide a professional and persuasive customer experience over the phone

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within telesales, B2B sales, internal sales or telemarketing would be advantageous
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Confident speaking with prospective customers and handling objections
• Motivated and target-driven
• Good relationship-building and listening skills
• Strong organisation and follow-up ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial
• Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
