- Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices and payments.
- Support the team with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the property industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
