Contract IT Support Technician
Role: M365 Support Technician
Location: Huddersfield
Length: Initally 3 months
Rate: Competitive daily rate
Working Pattern: Full-time on site, 5 days per week (9:00am - 5:00pm)
We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused M365 Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team based in Huddersfield. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and working within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and user issues
- Diagnose and resolve incidents relating to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Support users with HyperV, Intune.
- Log, manage, and resolve tickets within agreed timescales
- Assist with user onboarding, account management, and general IT requests
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider IT team
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, technically capable, and able to deliver excellent support in a busy environment.
