About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join a busy crab processing factory in Paignton, Devon. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the production site.
You will be working as part of a team responsible for ensuring all factory areas, equipment, and production tools are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising factory production areas
- Washing and sanitising trays and food processing equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery to hygiene standards
- Hosing down factory floors and work areas
- Ensuring compliance with strict health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Supporting overall site cleanliness and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
What We Offer
- £13.90 per hour
- £14.40ph after 4 weeks probabtion
- Monday to Friday, 4pm to 9pm or 4pm to finish
- Stable, ongoing work in a busy production environment
