About the role
Receptionist, Temporary, Creative Co, Central London, £15 per hour plus holiday accrual
Renowned Creative Company a Receptionist Administrator with a proactive and welcoming approach and for whom nothing is too much trouble. This is a temporary position from 2nd November to 4th November inclusive
The main duties of the Receptionist are:
- Handling all incoming calls
- Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
- Secretarial support
- Diary management
- Research and book flights, hotels, taxis, prepare itineraries, apply for Visas, research London hotels
- Liaise with other PAs
- Assisting with seasonal events (Friday breakfasts, cocktail parties for milestone events) and also with off site events
- Booking meeting rooms, booking and logging of all taxis
- Monitoring and ordering of all office stationery and supplies, first aid, fire drills
- Responsible for distributing incoming post and posting of outgoing post
- Sending, receiving and logging of all courier packages
