About the role
A well-respected Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a Lead Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to join their Application Delivery team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience in Large Commercial lines and in Multinational Insurance Programs - Property, Casualty, Aviation, Marine & Engineering
- Guide business unit-wide change initiatives, ensuring technical architecture decisions align with business objectives and support long-term scalability.
- Guide the architecture of application integrations to ensure effective connectivity across the organisation's systems and applications.
- Embed security, infrastructure, architecture governance, design authority, and technical assurance into project planning, solution design, and implementation.
- Drive the adoption of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies in line with architecture standards, governance models, and long-term business strategy.
- Challenge vendor proposals and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
Develop business cases for projects and change requests, evaluating options against cost, timescales, benefits, and quality criteria.
