About the role
Software Developer | Proclaim Case Management System
FULLY REMOTE
Standard 8 are working with a well-established business operating in a regulated, process-driven sector, looking to bring in an experienced Proclaim Developer.
While the organisation have office locations in London, Birmingham and Manchester, the hire is for this role on a fully100% remote basis.
The business is investing in its systems and is looking for someone to support a significant Proclaim development and transformation programme.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows Proclaim well and wants to get involved in improving systems rather than just maintaining what's already there. You'll be working on workflows, automation, system integrations and wider improvements to help the business run more smoothly.
Day to Day work
• Developing and maintaining Proclaim workflows, templates, screens and databases
• Supporting a wider Proclaim development and systems transformation project
• Working with experienced internal stakeholders to improve existing processes
• Supporting data migration and integration with other business systems
• Developing automated case management workflows and business processes
• Working with internal teams to understand what they need from the system
• Testing new features and making sure everything works properly before going live
• Helping with wider software development and system improvements where needed
Skills and Experience Required
• Good commercial experience developing and configuring Proclaim
• Experience building workflows, templates and automating processes
• A solid understanding of databases, data migration and system integrations
• Someone comfortable working on large system development and improvement projects
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage different tasks
• Someone who can work with both technical teams and people across the business
• Experience in case management or other regulated environments would be advantageous
Why it's worth looking at
The business is investing in a major programme of system improvements, and you'll have the chance to get
involved in meaningful development work.
You'll be working with experienced people across the organisation, helping improve how systems work, making processes quicker and finding better ways of doing things.
There's plenty of long-term project work ahead, and you'll have a real say in how things are developed moving forward.
