Employment Associate (fully remote)

Service Care Legal are recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded UK law firm on a predominantly remote basis. ROLE: Employment Associate PQE: 5+ Years SALARY: £85,000 to £100,000 FTE LOCATION: Remote, with occasional Central London office attendance HOURS: 3–4 days per week / flexible The successful candidate will join a well-established employment team, handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on contentious employment matters , including discrimination and equality issues. Key Responsibilities: Manage contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims. Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation. Handle disclosure and advise clients throughout the litigation process. Provide direct advice to a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial organisations. Support business development and contribute to client meetings and wider team initiatives. Key Requirements: 5+ years' PQE with strong employment law experience. Proven contentious employment experience, ideally from a reputable regional or London firm. Experience handling discrimination/equality matters and Employment Tribunal claims. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a wider team. Advocacy experience desirable but not essential.
