Electrical Tester Salary: £42,750 per annum Location: Redhill & surrounding areas Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time Vehicle: Company Van Provided We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to join a growing Property Services team delivering electrical testing, repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. Key Responsibilities Complete EICRs within occupied and void properties. Carry out consumer unit replacements and remedial works. Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs. Produce NICEIC compliant certification. Complete responsive repairs and planned maintenance. Update work orders via handheld device. Participate in the out-of-hours call out rota. Requirements NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation. 18th Edition. 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing. Previous experience carrying out EICRs. Social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable. Full UK Driving Licence.
