Electrical Team Leader Salary: £44,750 per annum Location: Redhill & surrounding areas Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time Vehicle: Company Van Provided We're looking for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to manage a team of electricians delivering responsive repairs, planned works and compliance across a busy social housing contract. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role whilst remaining technically involved in inspections, compliance and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians. Oversee NICEIC compliance and certification. Support electrical testing programmes. Carry out technical inspections and quality audits. Coach and develop electricians. Ensure high standards of health & safety. Support larger electrical projects. Deputise for the Electrical Manager when required. Requirements NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation. 18th Edition. 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing. Previous supervisory or team leader experience. Strong knowledge of NICEIC compliance. Social housing or maintenance background preferred. Full UK Driving Licence.
