Affinity Partnerships is recruiting a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist primary school in Wandsworth on a full-time temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist educational setting, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
The school provides a nurturing, inclusive and highly supportive environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, communication, social development and emotional wellbeing. You may work on a 1:1 basis or provide support within small groups and classroom settings, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
