Monarch Education is currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bishop Sutton. Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
• Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Support pupils with varying educational and additional learning needs
• Encourage confidence, engagement, and independence in learners

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting is desirable
• A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
