Location: Gloucestershire
Shift: Double Days

An exciting opportunity for an experienced EDM Machinist / Spark Eroder to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer in Gloucestershire.
Working within a modern machine shop, you'll be responsible for setting and operating EDM and Wire Erosion machinery to produce high-precision components to exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities - EDM Machinist
- Set and operate EDM and Wire Erosion machines
- Work from engineering drawings, setup sheets and CNC programs
- Carry out in-process inspection using measuring equipment
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Ensure tooling, fixtures and equipment are maintained and available
- Contribute to a safe, efficient and quality-focused manufacturing environment
About You - EDM Machinist
- Experience setting and operating EDM, Wire Erosion or Spark Erosion machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of CNC machining and machine setup processes
- Competent using inspection and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
