HR Assistant (Workforce Resourcing)

If you have highly developed administration and IT skills and experience in human resources or a related field, then this could be the next step in your career.  Our HR Assistants are the first point of contact for all enquiries into the HR service and will require you to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused support, advice and guidance.  Our team is working hard to deliver our ambitious People Strategy to make South Derbyshire District Council an employer of choice. You will be key to this in leading the development of our administrative processes. 

To be successful, you will need to have experience of working within a similar environment, be able to plan and prioritise with confidence, as well as have the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as part of our professional team.
