Primary Teacher

We are seeking a ‘Good/Outstanding’ teacher who believes that all children should be given the opportunity to succeed and achieve regardless of their background.

This role is ideal for a KS2 teacher who is in there 2nd or 3rd year of teaching and wants to progress and take on some extra responsibilities and lead a year group.

Year groups are flexible and this role is a new addition to the middle management team. As an expanding 2 form to 3 form entry school there are some truly exciting opportunities for management coming up over the next few years.

We are looking for an experienced KS2 teacher with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience to take on the role as a Year Group Leader. As a school transitioning from 2 form entry to 3 form entry, there are some exciting opportunities coming up for career development.

The purpose of this role is to provide improvement for teaching and learning across the year group by leading and supporting a team of teachers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career to gain valuable leadership experience.
