About the role
Are you experienced in export operations or ocean freight, confident with documentation, and great with customers? We're hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high-performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. What you'll be doing
- Managing export bookings across the UK & EU
- Creating accurate export shipping documentation
- Sales order creation etc
- Tracking & tracing global shipments
- Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams
- Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files
- Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Keeping data accurate across systems
- 1-2 years' experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics
- Experience with SAP and excel essential
- Confident communicator, organised, and detail-focused
- Comfortable owning customer operational relationship
- Strong in detail, accuracy, and documentation
- Able to handle complexity and multiple orders
- Fluent English & strong MS Office skills
- 6-month contract with a leading global FMCG brand
- 36.5 hours a week fully remote
