TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic and motivated tutors to provide tailored 1:1 tuition to primary and secondary students across Chichester and nearby areas.

This rewarding position offers the chance to support both mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, helping them overcome learning barriers, develop confidence, and achieve their academic goals. Whether a learner requires assistance with Maths, English, exam preparation, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other SEND-related needs, you will play an important role in supporting their progress and success.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and impactful one-to-one tuition sessions
• Tailor teaching methods to meet individual learner requirements
• Provide support across a variety of curriculum subjects
• Monitor, assess, and record student progress
• Develop positive relationships with families, schools, and professionals
• Encourage learner confidence, independence, and achievement

About You

We're looking for individuals who have:

• Experience working with children and young people
• A background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or education
• Experience supporting mainstream and/or SEN learners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• The ability to travel within Littlehampton and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
