Looking to kick-start your career in technology?
We’re working with a growing technology team looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join them.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver, recent graduate or someone looking to take their first step into IT. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting an insurance claims platform, developing your technical knowledge and building the foundations for a long-term career in technology.
The role combines technical troubleshooting with customer service, so if you enjoy helping people, solving problems and learning how technology works, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What will you be doing?- Providing first-line application support to users via phone, email and an IT service management (ITSM) system.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, from password resets and account access to more complex application and API-related queries.
- Logging, prioritising and managing incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Setting up user accounts, managing access permissions and supporting new client onboarding.
- Communicating directly with clients to provide a professional, friendly and responsive service.
- Escalating more complex technical issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Updating knowledge base articles and documenting solutions to recurring issues.
- Developing an understanding of the company's platform and becoming a go-to person for its functionality.
We're more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn than years of experience.
You'll have:
- A genuine interest in IT, technology and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach and a desire to help others.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new systems.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
A qualification or educational background in IT, Computer Science or a related subject would be beneficial, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are key.
Previous commercial IT experience isn't essential.
What's on offer?- An excellent opportunity to launch your career in technology.
- Hands-on experience with modern technology platforms.
- Hybrid working
- The opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow within a supportive team.
If you're keen to get into IT, enjoy helping people and want to develop your technical skills in a role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
