About the role
An established and growing accountancy practice based in Benfleet is looking for an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant to join its friendly team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice accountant seeking a flexible role working two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing year-end accounts for Limited Companies.
- Preparing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Liaising directly with clients and resolving accounting queries.
- Managing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
- Essential: experience preparing Limited Company accounts.
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
