Title: RTA Litigation Executive
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office)
Are you an experienced RTA Litigation Executive looking for the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing law firm and take ownership of a high-value litigated RTA recovery caseload.
You'll join an established team handling complex Road Traffic Accident recovery claims, working with a strong insurer client base and experienced legal professionals.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims valued over £10,000
- Handle complex liability issues and progress claims through litigation
- Negotiate settlements and work towards the best possible outcome for clients
