Must Have’s
- Experience in customer service within hospitality and/or an office, and/or claims handling

- Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, WhatsApp
- Handling FNOL claims efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating client documentation and internal records accurately
- Staying informed about product developments and market trends
- Resolving complaints and managing difficult clients professionally
- Supporting operational improvements within the team
- Keeping your line manager updated on your progress and objectives
