Trainee Solar Installers – No Experience Required (Within 1-hour radius of Gloucester)
Our client is expanding their solar installation teams and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the renewable energy sector.
No previous experience is needed — just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence working outdoors. This is a hands-on role with full support, structured training and clear progression.
You’ll receive fully funded training and qualifications, work alongside experienced installers, and gain skills in one of the fastest-growing industries in the UK.
