About the role
An international law firm is looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join its high-performing team and support the growth of its Financial Institutions sector.
This is a broad, commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and client teams across an international network.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver marketing and business development initiatives aligned to the sector strategy and growth objectives.
- Lead high-profile pitches, tenders, proposals and client pursuits.
- Develop and manage sector campaigns, market intelligence and profile-raising activity.
- Support strategic client relationships, account planning and cross-selling opportunities.
- Plan and deliver client events, seminars, roundtables and other engagement activity.
- Produce business plans, reports and market insight for senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practices and international offices.
About you
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded business development professional with:
- Previous M&BD or client development experience, ideally within professional services.
- Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, confident and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
- Financial Institutions or sector-focused experience would be advantageous.
