Adele Carr Recruitment - Office Manager
My client is seeking an experienced and hands on individual to join a busy primary school on the Wirral supporting the day-to-day office functions.
The Role:
- Overseeing wraparound care and after school club administration and payments.
- Responding to parent queries and resolving payment and booking issues promptly.
- Reviewing and distributing pupil medicines
- Maintaining accurate payment and administrative records.
- Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team on financial and operational matters.
- Managing day-to-day school administration and ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Providing a visible, approachable and professional point of contact for parents, staff and visitors.
- Teacher and parent queries
About You
- Has previous experience working within a school environment.
- Ideally has experience working within a school, education or public-sector environment.
- Experience working within a similar role
