Fire and Security service engineer

Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Ipswich
Rate: £230 p/day

Technical Resources is recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a well-established Fire & Security company. You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites.

Description of contract/programme of works:

Service, maintain, and fault-find on Fire and Security systems.
Complete routine testing, inspections, and reactive maintenance.
Ensure all work complies with BS 5839 and BS EN 50131 standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Experience required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing and maintaining Fire and Security systems.
Strong knowledge of systems such as Advanced, Kentec, Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, and Hikvision.
FIA or manufacturer-specific training.

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

ECS/CSCS Card.
Full UK Driving Licence.
