About the role
Handy Person Required - Theatre Maintenance
Location: Birmingham
Ongoing Work Available
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Handy Person to carry out general maintenance and minor repair work at a theatre in Birmingham.
Duties will include:
* Tightening and securing theatre seats and chairs.
* Changing door locks, handles and other fittings.
* Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
* Identifying and resolving basic maintenance issues.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a good standard.
Requirements:
* Must have your own tools.
* Must hold a valid CSCS card.
* Must have a valid, satisfactory DBS clearance.
* Previous handyman or maintenance experience is essential.
* Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
* Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
