Role - Driver 3.5ton
Location - St Albans, AL1 1XB
Days of work - Mon - Fri, Times - 07:30 - 17:00, 42 hours per week
Salary £29,572 Per annum, pro rata

Based in St Albans, as a 3.5ton Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting hire equipment from customers and sites, ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and collecting hire equipment from customer sites and businesses.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.
- Loading and unloading equipment safely and securely.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Speedy Hire professionally.
- Working closely with the depot team to ensure deliveries and collections run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred.
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A responsible approach to driving, vehicle safety and manual handling.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
