Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable table service across our fine‑dining restaurants and bars, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sommeliers and other front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of courses.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine lists and special dietary requirements, providing confident recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and safety in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide and Michelin expectations.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning any concerns into opportunities to reinforce our commitment to excellence.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the service area, ensuring it remains elegant, organised and ready for each service.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior front‑of‑house role within a luxury hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to guests and colleagues, and convey information clearly.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage and wine service, including handling special dietary requests.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining poise, attention to detail and high standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a track record of fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth, embracing curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, in line with the hospitality industry.
