Salt is excited to collaborate once again with one of the World's Largest Beauty Corporation as they source for a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing Analyst to join their team on an immediate starting 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, supporting marketing and sales strategies, and driving measurable business growth. Key Role Responsibilities Analyse marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Build and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and forecasting models Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign performance and revenue outcomes Conduct customer segmentation, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations Support decision-making through data storytelling and visualisation Key Skills Required Proven experience in a Marketing Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar analytical role Advanced analytics skills (statistical analysis, predictive modelling, forecasting) Strong proficiency with data tools such as Excel (Essential), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
