Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Basic + Bonus / OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional Saturday morning shifts on rotation)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Workshop Controller / Service Administrator / Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy Beckenham garage operations. You will be the vital link between our front-of-house service desk and our skilled technicians, managing daily workflow across routine servicing, MOT testing, diagnostics, wheel alignment, and major repairs across all vehicle makes and models. If you are organised, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this role is for you!
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, Service Advisor, or Senior Mechanic looking to step into management.
- Strong understanding of garage workflow, mechanical repairs, diagnostic processes, and MOT scheduling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with garage management software and job allocation.
- Full UK driving licence.
