Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + bonus scheme (realistic £36,000 OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturdays 1 in 3 on a rotating rota)

Role Overview
Seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership service team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our customers and our workshop technicians. You will deliver high-quality customer care, explain service work clearly, manage bookings, and maximize upsell opportunities in line with brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Specialist within a franchised dealership or busy independent workshop
- Strong communication skills with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and upselling targets
- Proficiency with automotive dealer management systems (DMS e.g., Keyloop/CDK, Kerridge, or similar)
- Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)

- Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated right off the A21 and A26, offering fast access from across Kent and East Sussex
- Public Transport: Excellent rail connections via High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells mainline stations, backed by direct local bus routes
