Sales Administrator

We're looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, takes pride in getting the detail right and is confident working in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Processing customer orders across both B2B and B2C accounts.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

• Monitoring orders, dispatches and deliveries.

• Supporting overseas sales administration.

• Preparing commercial invoices and FedEx shipping labels.

• Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Keeping customer and order activity organised and up to date.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Confidence using business systems and processing orders.

• A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a busy team.

THE DETAILS

• Location: Blackburn (fully office-based)

• Hours: Monday to Friday

• Pay: £14.42 per hour

• Contract: Approximately 5–6 months, potentially longer

• Start date: Must be available to start on or before 30 November

• Team: Working alongside an established team of four, including the Sales Manager.

You'll receive a structured handover and training period, giving you the opportunity to learn the role properly before taking ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities.
