The Opportunity

An established law firm is looking to expand its construction practice, driven by demand from its existing construction-sector clients.

This firm is looking for a Construction Partner or a Senior Associate ready for partnership. Ideally, you will cover both contentious and non-contentious construction, but specialists in either area will be considered. Non-contentious construction is the immediate priority.

The Role

• Build the firm's construction offering, developing existing client relationships and bringing in new business
• Work alongside established health and safety, corporate crime and compliance teams to identify cross-referral opportunities
• Develop your own practice with autonomy and realistic business targets

About You

You'll have strong construction experience and the ability to generate work, whether through an established client following or a credible plan to build one. The firm is open to different backgrounds and levels of seniority, with commercial potential and cultural fit taking priority over firm pedigree. Health and safety experience is not required.
