This opportunity combines a £32,000 basic salary with hot leads supplied through third party referrals and uncapped commission. The current reported closing rate is 78%+.

Accomplish Today is recruiting a Telephone Sales Executive for an established professional services business supporting contractors with umbrella payroll services.

The leads are provided. Your skill is converting them.

You will make outbound calls to people introduced to the business through third party referrals. These are warm, pre-qualified opportunities, with no cold calling required. Your responsibility is to establish the customer’s needs quickly, explain the service clearly, handle objections and close suitable business during the first call.

The earning opportunity

What you will do

• Contact referred customers by telephone and take ownership of each sales opportunity.
• Build trust quickly and understand the customer’s requirements.
• Explain the service confidently, accurately and clearly.
• Handle objections, ask for the business and guide suitable customers through registration.
• Work towards individual sales and conversion targets, with a clear focus on closing in one call.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow compliance procedures.
• Follow up promptly where further information is needed.

The experience and motivation we need

You will bring:

• Two to three years’ experience in an office based telephone sales, telesales or contact centre sales environment.
• A proven ability to convert an interested customer into a completed sale in one call.
• A record of achieving or exceeding personal sales targets.
• Strong motivation to increase your income through commission.
• Experience handling warm leads, enquiries or referrals.
• Confident objection handling and the ability to secure a clear customer decision.
• Consistent performance, professional standards and attention to detail.

Relevant backgrounds include insurance, financial services, motor finance, telecoms and telephone sales for online retailers.

You must have personally closed sales and worked towards an individual sales target. We want to hear what you sold, how you closed and the results you achieved.
