Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who provide specialist architectural services to the education and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to join their team in Sheffield.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Produce drawing packages using Revit
- Prepare building regulation drawings and construction details
- Prepare tender drawing and information packages
- Coordinate architectural design information with other members of the project team
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Chartered or working towards CIAT membership
- Experience managing projects within the education or healthcare sectors is desirable
- Job running experience is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
