£41,800 - £42,000 | Three-Shift PatternWhat You'll Do:Yolk Recruitment is working with an established manufacturing business looking to bring an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer into its maintenance team.This is an opportunity to join a site where engineering plays a key role in keeping production moving. You'll work across electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, identifying faults and helping improve equipment reliability.You'll be joining an experienced engineering environment on a three-shift pattern, offering eight-hour shifts without the weekend commitment associated with many continental or 4-on, 4-off roles.Day to day, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across production equipment
• Respond effectively to breakdowns and minimise production downtime
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance
• Fault-find on electrical systems and industrial machinery
• Support improvements to equipment reliability and site performance
• Work alongside the wider maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently

What You'll Bring:The priority is finding a capable maintenance engineer with a strong electrical background who can operate confidently within a manufacturing environment.

• Electrical bias with hands-on industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience maintaining production or manufacturing machinery
• A good working knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance skills alongside your electrical expertise
• The ability to investigate faults methodically and find practical solutions
• A recognised engineering or electrical qualification would be advantageous
• A safety-conscious, dependable approach to engineering
