Training PROVIDED

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join the Aori Street Food kitchen team.

You don’t need to be a chef and you don’t need years of kitchen experience. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working around a grill, enjoys working with food and has the right attitude. Full training will be provided.

At Aori, we make fresh, flavour-packed street food in a busy kitchen, so we need someone who can work at a good pace, stay organised and take pride in what they serve.

What you’ll be doing

• Grilling and cooking meat to our standards
• Preparing and cutting vegetables and other ingredients
• Preparing sauces, marinades and other kitchen items
• Assembling and plating/packing food
• Keeping your station clean, organised and fully stocked
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Helping with general kitchen duties and cleanin

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Comfortable using a grill or keen to learn

• Quick and organised when things get busy
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Clean and careful when handling food
