- Deliver client implementations on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
- Manage project risks, timelines and quality assurance.
- Act as the go-to expert for team processes and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice.
- Experience in pensions implementations, transitions or project delivery.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good understanding of pension schemes and administration processes.

- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
