Receptionist

Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join a busy travel company based in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, people-focused role.

This is a Part-Time, office based role. Hours: 08:00-17:00, 3 days a week.

Receptionist duties to include:

• Meet & greet guests
• Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
• Order and maintain office stationery
• Administrative tasks
• Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure spaces are prepared
• Report office maintenance issues
• Keep reception and communal areas tidy and stocked
• Organising transport/taxi's/couriers for staff and/or clients

Receptionist skills and experience required:

• Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of style
• Friendly and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
