What youll do
- Support the Store Manager with daytoday shop leadership and performance.
- Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations.
- Help customers find eyewear solutions that combine style, comfort and optical expertise.
- Step up to lead the store in the Store Managers absence.
