As an Optical Store Manager, you'll combine your optical expertise with inspiring leadership, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. You'll lead from the front, support your team to perform at their best and ensure every customer receives expert advice tailored to their needs.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead exceptional customer and patient experiences

What you'll bring

• Previous management experience within an optical retail environment
• Strong knowledge of optics, eyewear and customer eye care journeys
• A passion for delivering expert advice and exceptional customer service
• Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of driving results
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• The ability to balance clinical credibility with commercial success
• Energy, ownership and a hands-on leadership style
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
