About the role
We're looking for a highly organised coordinator to support the recruitment, on-boarding and administration of a busy Early Careers programme. You'll work closely with HR, hiring managers, apprentices, universities and training providers to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate apprentice recruitment and on-boarding
- Organise and support recruitment related events
- Maintain trackers, documentation and reporting
- Support inductions, assessment centres and events
- Liaise with universities, colleges and training providers
- Manage on-boarding paperwork, system access and security clearances
About You
- Experience in HR, recruitment or coordination
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Please note: Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance, which must be completed before starting the role.
