Conveyancer

Not every conveyancing role offers the opportunity to influence how a department grows and develops.

We're working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Northeast that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team. This is an opportunity for someone who is confident managing their own caseload, takes pride in delivering outstanding client service, and wants to be part of a firm that values initiative, commitment, and trust.

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to take ownership of their work, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a busy and growing department.

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership transactions
• New-build purchases
• Right to Buy matters

Working closely with clients and third parties, you'll ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care and professionalism.

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent
• Have previous experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
• Possess strong technical knowledge across the conveyancing process
• Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Take a proactive and solutions-focused approach to their work

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and eager to become a valued member of a close-knit team.

• Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
