About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise 4G/LTE radio networks to meet coverage, capacity and quality requirements.
- Perform RF planning and network dimensioning.
- Analyse network performance and identify areas requiring optimisation.
- Monitor and improve key RAN KPI's, including accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput and availability.
- Perform coverage and capacity optimisation.
- Optimise LTE parameters.
- Conduct drive test analysis and recommend optimisation actions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience within 4G/LTE RAN Design & Optimisation.
- Good understanding of LTE Architecture and radio principles.
- Strong knowledge of RAN KPI's, RF Optimisation, Coverage and Capacity planning, Mobility optimisation.
- Experience with drive testing and log-file analysis.
