We're recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to join a clients busy site in Galashiels. If you're hardworking, take pride in your work, and are ready to start straight away, this is a fantastic opportunity. 

Responsibilities in your new role as Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, ensuring high standard of cleanliness are upheld at all times. Key responsibilities include: 

• Cleaning and sanitising designated areas to the highest standards 
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces 
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste and recycling appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning products and consumable supplies as required 
• Following cleaning schedules and completing all allocated tasks efficiently 
• Adhering to all health and safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations 
• Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns 
• Following client procedures and maintaining a professional standard at all times 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You'll ideally have: 

• Previous experience in a cleaning role 
• A strong attention to detail 
• A reliable and positive attitude 
• Good communication skills in English 
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Availability to start immediately
