Lettings Manager

We are delighted to be working with a well-established independent estate agency with a strong reputation across Hampstead and Northwest London, to find them an experienced and ambitious ARLA qualified Lettings Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the residential lettings department, working closely with landlords and tenants whilst driving new business, valuations and revenue within the Hampstead market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the residential lettings department
• Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting viewings and negotiating lettings
• Overseeing renewals and existing business
• Driving new business and achieving targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service

As Lettings Manager, you will receive:

• £35,000–£40,000 Basic
• Car Allowance
• £80,000 OTE

Experience & skills you’ll need:

• ARLA qualification
• Experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Proven track record within residential lettings
• Strong knowledge of Hampstead and NW London
• Experience with valuations, instructions and negotiations
• Ambitious, driven and target-focused
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Proven ability to generate new business
